Disconnect from the Chaos

Bolt Farm Treehouse Boasts Incredible Hospitality and Breathtaking Views

Growing up, Seth Bolt longed to have a treehouse and was able to see his childhood dream come to fruition in 2015. A member of the band NEEDTOBREATHE, Bolt spends a lot of time on the road. Frequent travel in bustling cities ignited a desire to spend time outdoors and a need for a haven. So in 2015, alongside his father, Seth designed and built his first luxury treehouse (The Majestic Treehouse in Walhalla, South Carolina) with his future wife Tori and their honeymoon in mind. The couple loved the experience of being immersed in nature so much, they decided to open up their haven to the public.

As popularity rose, Seth and Tori decided to branch out and began building treehouses with breathtaking views near Chattanooga. The couple has gone to great lengths to ensure guests have a memorable time disconnecting from the chaos and immersing themselves in the nature around them.

Bolt Farm Treehouse has received a great deal of media attention from television appearances to print coverage. The cabins and treehouses have received various awards and guests, including celebrities, from around the world. Tori attributes this to two things: million-dollar views and hospitality. Each cabin has views that you just won’t get anywhere else. Additionally, the Bolts prioritize hospitality and pride themselves on providing five-star service. The staff at Bolt Farm Treehouse is willing to assist guests however and whenever needed during their stay. Whether it be helping to fire up the pizza oven, setting up a birthday party, or arranging a surprise proposal, the staff go above and beyond to support guests’ needs.

Currently, in Tennessee, there are four types of getaways from which guests can choose: the Mirror Cabins, the Luxe and XL Domes, the Friends & Family Treehouse, and the Honeymoon Treehouse. Each location is decorated in a romantic Victorian theme with different textures, colors, and patterns throughout. Tori told us, “Timelessness is what we are going for. Treehouses are like time capsules and inspire your inner child.”

Each getaway has access to on-site activities like cornhole and hiking as well as off-site activities. Additionally, upon request, Bolt Farm Treehouse will work with local businesses to bring experiences directly to your site. For guests who want to explore the areas surrounding the property, Bolt Farm Treehouse is only two hours from Nashville and two and a half hours from Knoxville, Atlanta, and Birmingham.

Bolt Farm getaways have a three to four-night minimum stay with each property accommodating varying numbers of guests. While each location is private, Tori advises that the treehouses provide the most seclusion. The full calendar for 2023 will be released on Black Friday through Cyber Monday! For more information or to make a reservation visit www.boltfarmtreehouse.com.

The Bolts are planning future expansions on their Tennessee property as they look to build more treehouses for honeymooners, families, friends, and teams looking to disconnect from the chaos.
