Established by David Garcia and his wife, Josey, their mission is simple... to return the favor. Their story is one of perseverance and resilience in the face of adversity. Having faced hardships throughout their young adult years, they were determined to create a better life for themselves and their loved ones. David and Josey have the vision to inspire and help others to push through their own struggles and overcome adversity.
From graduation gowns to gifts for the holidays, meals on tables to providing a safe haven, the Boomerang Cares Foundation is a testament to David and Josey's determination and hard work reminding others that no matter how difficult the road may seem, there is always a way to push through and achieve one’s goals.
