Ella + Orchid – Tulsa

EllaAndOrchid.com

How would you describe your business? What inspired you to open it? We are an upscale women’s boutique that also sells beautiful home décor.

After spending a year working from home, I was inspired by women all over the world that had to reimagine themselves after COVID. My store is named after my granddaughters, who are growing up to be joyful little risk takers.

What makes you different?  I am in my 40’s so shopping can be challenging. In the last few years, I feel like I have aged out of some of my favorite clothing stores. I wanted to open a store that dresses women in their late 20’s and up – beautiful, quality pieces over trendy items.

Best-selling products? We carry a line of purses out of L.A. that are hand-beaded and just gorgeous.

Most rewarding part of your job? Recreating myself in my 40’s and meeting new people that are really amazing human beings.

What will shoppers see this fall? Bodysuits, patterned sweaters, suede, blazers, and always denim.

Pets: A Dachshund named Gordon.

Favorite Food: Tacos.

Favorite place to visit: Paris, France.

How do you sell your product? In-store and online.
