From California to Texas
Dr. Lee grew up in California but hasn't looked back since finishing his undergraduate studies. He and his wife met while living in Chicago going to medical school. After finishing years of medical training in both Oklahoma and Texas, they fell in love with Texas. They moved to the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) in 2005 and enjoyed many years of raising their two children in the cross-cultural community. In 2020, the family decided to move to Boerne where they quickly fell in love and knew they wanted to stay long-term. It took over three years, but New Life Cosmetic Surgery and Medspa is now open in Boerne.

Perhaps surprisingly, Dr. Lee hasn’t dreamed about being a plastic surgeon his whole life. In fact, he originally aspired to be a missionary in Africa. While his path took a different turn, he sees his work in cosmetic surgery as a mission to bring hope and a new life to people. His favorite success stories often involve helping individuals improve their bodies after significant weight loss or working with moms wanting to improve their postpartum appearance, both scenarios where the work he does can have an enormous positive impact on their quality of life.
New Life in Boerne
To be able to help more people, Dr. Lee recently opened a new facility in Boerne. The office covers 5,800 square feet, housing two state-of-the-art operating rooms. Dr. Lee leads a dedicated team of 12 employees, including a nurse practitioner and an aesthetician, both with a decade of experience. Patients no longer have to travel to San Antonio for cosmetic procedures but can now stay local and enjoy less travel time before and after their procedures.
Transformative Procedures and Personalized Care
At this office, Dr. Lee can perform as many as two surgeries per day, three days a week.
These include a wide range of surgical services from breast augmentation to liposuction and mommy makeovers. Dr. Lee meets with each guest for a thorough consultation to get to know them, listen to their needs, and develop a plan to assist them in attaining the desired results. The medspa offers a full range of aesthetic services such as injectables, laser procedures, and facials. The focus is on delivering natural and outstanding results tailored to each individual.

Now happily settled in Boerne with his family, Dr. Lee has fallen in love with the community and envisions a long-term commitment to the area.
