For nearly 60 years, Children's Development Academy has been a quiet cornerstone of Roswell, giving at-risk children in the community access to high-quality early care and education. That legacy takes a major step forward, unveiling a newly renovated campus as part of its Learn • Play • Serve Campaign, which expands their capacity to serve children and families ahead of its 60th anniversary.
The renovation, raised more than $1.3 million with financial support from their Board of Directors, brings sweeping upgrades to the Historic Grove Way campus. The new Toddler Classroom doubles CDA's capacity to serve one-year-olds, while updated playground equipment creates safer outdoor space for students. The project also introduced Martin's Garden at Coleman Farms Community Room and a renovated Board Room now shared with fellow nonprofit partners inside the Grove Way Community Center and Group, including Family Promise of North Fulton/DeKalb and HomeStretch.
The interior renovations were led by fellow Roswell nonprofit Sunshine on a Ranney Day, whose team of designers, builders, and community partners donated time and resources to bring the space to life.

CDA currently serves more than 230 children ages one to five, and this expansion ensures even more families in the community have somewhere to turn.
