Built Different

Four Athletes. One Foundation.

At Foundations Sports Nutrition, the goal is bigger than competition prep or quick results. Coach and owner Kyle Krupansky has built his approach around helping people understand how their bodies work—from nutrition and hormones to movement, energy, and long-term health. For some clients, that means stepping on a bodybuilding stage. For others, it means finally moving without pain, keeping up with their kids, or feeling confident again after years of unhealthy habits.

The four athletes featured here all arrived at Foundations with different goals and different starting points. Through coaching, consistency, and education, each discovered how much better life can feel when the body starts functioning the way it should.

Keary Dickinson

For Keary Dickinson, training became a way to challenge the limitations others placed on him. Born with cerebral palsy, Keary spent much of his life being told what his body could not do before ever being given the chance to test it himself. When he began working with Kyle at Foundations, even basic movements lacked balance and control on the left side of his body.

Over the last two years, that has changed dramatically. Through customized nutrition coaching, strength training, and corrective movement work, Keary has added muscle, improved symmetry, and developed stability in ways he had never experienced before. Even evenly controlled push-ups became major milestones. Today, he continues training in bodybuilding while using his journey to inspire others to push beyond obstacles, stay consistent, and believe they are capable of more than they imagined.

Tanner Strausheim

Tanner Strausheim has always been competitive, but working with Kyle at Foundations helped turn that mindset into measurable results. The 24-year-old athlete first came to Foundations looking to prepare for bodybuilding competitions, combining nutrition coaching with a more structured approach to training.

With a background in restaurant work, Tanner adapted quickly to the discipline of meal prep and nutrition, learning how to fuel performance while staying disciplined through long competition prep cycles. After strong showings in bodybuilding, Tanner expanded into powerlifting, where his athleticism translated just as naturally. Under Kyle’s coaching, he placed in both sports while continuing to build strength, size, and confidence.

For Tanner, training is not just about aesthetics. It is about pushing limits, staying disciplined, and seeing how far hard work can take him.

Timothy Bowie

For years, Timothy Bowie talked about stepping on a physique stage before finally deciding, at 50 years old, to fully commit. Between work, family life, and raising children, consistency was always the hardest part. When he returned to Foundations, Tim approached the process differently—choosing discipline over excuses and trusting the structure Kyle laid out for him.

In a relatively short amount of time, Tim completely transformed his physique, building lean muscle and stepping on stage with athletes decades younger. But what started as a competition goal became a lifestyle he genuinely enjoys maintaining. Guided by faith, family, and purpose, Tim now trains because he feels better, thinks clearer, and wants to continue showing up as his strongest self. At 50, he is in the best shape of his life—and still going.

Pablo Hernandez

When Pablo Hernandez first walked into Foundations, he could barely complete a sit-up. The college music professor had spent years focused on work and life outside the gym, never imagining fitness would eventually become part of his everyday routine. After watching his wife begin CrossFit training, Pablo decided to give it a try himself.

Under Kyle’s coaching, what started with assisted sit-ups slowly turned into real strength and confidence. Pablo rebuilt strength, improved mobility, and worked through scoliosis and chronic back pain to the point that he can now deadlift more than 400 pounds pain-free. Along the way, training improved far more than his physical health. Pablo credits the lifestyle changes he and his wife made through Foundations with helping them feel healthier, stronger, and more balanced as they welcomed their daughter into the world. Today, he trains for longevity, confidence, and the ability to fully enjoy life with his family.
