Burn Boot Camp

Get Benefits Of Personal Training In Exciting, Encouraging Group Setting

Inspire / Empower / Transform. Challenging yet encouraging 45-minute cardio/strength fitness workouts are promised from the new Burn Boot Camp team located at 204 Ward Circle in Brentwood.

Designed to provide opportunities for certified personal trainers to push participants to transform their lives, Burn's Brentwood co-leader knows firsthand what results are possible because he's been a Burn trainer at Nolensville for 3.5 years.

Andrew Saucier, Brentwood's Burn franchise partner with his wife, Leigh Ann Saucier, assures Burn is way more than just a gym. "All of us within Burn Boot Camp believe in people -- personally, professionally, physically and emotionally. We're a community first and a gym second. This is a place where you can truly belong, where you feel inspired and empowered to transform," he says.

Leigh Ann emphasizes that it's definitely a family gym, too.

The Sauciers indicate Burn clients enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts, produced by top trainers, designed to engage one's full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on their signature 'floating floor,' which helps produce results for every fitness level, he adds.

Burn Boot Camp was founded by husband and wife Devan and Morgan Kline in 2012. Purpose, passion, and community are the building blocks of Burn. Initially, a group workout offered in the parking lot of a gymnastics studio, the program quickly gained popularity to become one of the fastest-growing fitness concepts, ultimately driving Devan and Morgan to begin franchising the brand in 2015.

Devan and Morgan live in Cornelius, North Carolina, with their children, and they still train camps. In 2020, the company was recognized as one of the Top 50 Fastest-Growing Franchises for the fourth time by Entrepreneur and the No. 3 Top New Franchise. Within five years of franchising, the company opened 260-plus locations and sold more than 400 territories in most states. Now, 335 locations exist in 40 states.

A typical Burn weekly protocol involves:

  • Monday:  Upper body strength with tricep finisher
  • Tuesday:  Core strength and conditioning
  • Wednesday:  Lower body strength
  • Thursday:  Speed and agility with line hop finisher
  • Friday:  Full body strength with back and glute finisher
  • Saturday:  Athletic conditioning with group of four finisher

Andrew says people can join this local fitness-based community that helps other members set and truly reach fitness goals. "Burn workouts are always different, never the same, until it's time to test fitness with our strength and conditioning test or athlete games. We train to get stronger, faster and leaner, but the real change happens mentally and emotionally," he adds.

"Our goal at Burn Boot Camp is to instill confidence in our members. Confidence that they are capable of meeting the challenges in their lives. Once they have that confidence, physical changes come next."

As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, Burn offers free Child Watch, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows members to visit any Burn gym without drop-in fees, says Leigh Ann.

Prior to opening in August, Andrew hosted pop-up camps at locations such as Brentwood Nutrition.

Leigh Ann says they're awarding a free six-month membership through a ticket entry method. Those interested in the offer will receive one "ticket" for every pop-up camp or event attended; every new friend brought to participate; and every social post that's tagged after a camp. She says the drawing will take place during their soft opening in August.
