Grove Park Construction, led by master builder Brandon Jenkins, has been setting a high standard in luxury design and Brentwood style. Their new
residential development, Callie, continues that pattern.

The Brentwood community is ideally situated. Interstate 65 is only three miles away and many popular shopping and dining destinations also are an easy
commute. Offices in Maryland Farms, as well as downtown, are close-by. And don’t forget all of the leisure activities and the airport within a 15-minute radius of this unique development.

Once completed, 70 homes, ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet, will sit on 17 acres in Brentwood. According to the builder, efficiency in design will allow buyers to build smaller homes with the features typically found in much larger residences.

“Lots sizes are small and the homes will be closer together,” Brandon notes, “but with careful design, most popular indoor and outdoor amenities still have a place.”

Homes will resemble those of modern European cottage design. In contrast, others may lean toward floor plans found in today’s most popular coastal
developments. “Recent construction along 30A on the Florida panhandle has inspired some of the design here,” he confirms. Upscale interior features, such as moveable glass walls, elevators, and open floor plans, under cedar-shake or standing seam metal roofs will provide discriminating owners an alternative to larger and more maintenance-laden properties.

An aggressive timeline will allow the neighborhood’s first buyers to be in their homes soon. Roads and infrastructure will be added through July.
Construction of new homes should begin in August. Most homes are being built in the six- to seven-month range after final details are agreed upon.

“These homes will be ‘highly refined’ and incredibly luxurious,” adds Brandon. “Today’s homebuyers, especially those who demand luxury yet want to downsize from larger lots, desire a unique development. That’s exactly what Callie is, and we’re confident our new customers and neighbors will agree.”

The expected price range for 3,000 to 5,000 square foot homes should range from $1,700,000 to $2,200,000.

“Many of the custom home buyers we work with expect luxury finishes, yet are asking for smaller lot sizes,” says Brandon. “How we design Callie allows us to meet their needs without compromising on quality or location. We feel this development is ideal for many homeowners as their home needs mature.”
