Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of vodka
- 3 ounces of sour mix
- 2 ounces of pineapple juice
- 1/2 of grenadine
- whipped cream (optional dairy free whipped coconut cream)
Directions:
Step 1. In a cocktail shaker mix the vodka, sour mix, and pineapple juice with ice.
Step 2. Shake and pour into a martini glass.
Step 3. Very slowly pour grenadine into the glass. Wait for it to settle.
Step 4. Add your whipped cream of choice on top as needed.
