CBD is the acronym for cannabidiol, which is a naturally occurring compound extracted from hemp plants. “The hemp plant is the actual medical plant and has the healing properties,” says Eric Kueser, franchisee of the store along with his wife Linsey. “Everybody thinks it's weed, but it's not. The hemp plant is a sister plant to the marijuana plant and when harvested at the right time, it contains the right amount of THC to make it fully legal. It won’t make you or your pets high.”
He adds, “It's a great way to alleviate stress and anxiety, aches and pains, and promote joint health.”
The couple has seen the amazing results with their own dog. “We have a 12-year-old, 14- pound Chihuahua, and he was having trouble getting up the pet steps to get on the couch,” says Eric. “Since we started giving him one treat a day, he now runs around like a puppy. It’s really helped him with his hips.”
Customers have also told him it’s helped their pets recover from surgery and has lessened anxiety. “If you have an anxious dog, it'll help him calm down,” he says. “If you've got a younger hyperactive dog, it'll help calm him down too. For older dogs that are lethargic and have joint pain, it's going to put a little pep in their steps by making them feel better.”
There’s a water soluble formula and tinctures for dogs and cats. The water soluble option can be mixed into their water, and the tincture can be dropped into their mouths or on their food. There are also cookies and treats in flavors dogs crave. “The meat ones have a jerky smell to them, which dogs love,” says Eric.

Eric and Linsey operate the store full time and are very knowledgeable about the high-quality products they offer.
