“We start by getting a feel for what they want their day to be like. We’ll show them the spaces, talk through menu ideas, and go over timing. We put together a clear proposal and keep in touch along the way, adjusting as needed. Guest counts can shift or dietary needs pop up last minute, so we always have backup options ready. And if something unexpected happens, we pivot quickly so the client never feels the stress.”

“Our Chef and his team are constantly searching and resourcing local sustainable ingredients. We actively participate by recycling food scraps and growing our own herbs. We participate in local food recycling programs using Chow Match, environmental grease recycling programs to recycle food grade oils, and we work hard to recycle all bottles and cans from our beverage program.”
