Inspired by their game handles in World of Warcraft, Amy and Jonathan chose "Bizz & Weezy" as their business's personal and unique name. They started making truffles for friends and family in 2008, and as demand grew, they eventually moved their business into a commercial space in the Crossroads District. They now offer a cafe and coffee shop with a lunch menu, including salads, sandwiches, warm bowls, and sweet treats. Bliss Chocolatier

Bliss specializes in hand-painted bonbons, chocolate bars, and other fine confections. Founded by mother-daughter team Jessica Washburn and Pat Jarstad, Bliss strives to bring customers the finest chocolates and confections in Blue Springs.
