ingredients:
½ cup Coca Krispies cereal, plus extra for sprinkling
1 ½ oz. vanilla vodka
1 ½ oz. half-and-half
1 oz. espresso
½ oz. dark chocolate syrup (such as Monin)
½ oz. vanilla syrup
2 oz. whipped cream
4 oz. Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
directions:
Step 1. Put cereal in blender or food processor and blend to a powder. Fill a Cocoa Krispies cereal cup to the top with ice.
Step 2. In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine vodka, half-and-half, espresso, syrups and Cocoa Krispies powder. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
Step 3. Pour cocktail into the cup. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cereal. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve with a straw.
