Grilled Mushroom Salsa
1 1/2 lbs grilled King Trumpet mushrooms
¼ cup grapeseed oil
salt / black pepper
Slice, brush with oil, and season the mushrooms. Grill mushrooms, dice, place in a bowl.
Dice these ingredients and add to bowl
2 roasted Poblano chilies
3 jalapenos
½ sweet onion
2 juiced limes
5 sprigs cilantro
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
