The Iron Cross. A combination of two exercises: a leg raise (targets lower abdomen) and a chest press (targets pecs, delts, triceps). Can be performed with two dumbbells or without.

Close Grip Chest Press with Glute Bridge. A combination of a glute bridge (targets glutes, hamstrings) and a close grip chest press (targets triceps muscles, chest, shoulders). I'm explaining to CG Camper Carina Ramirez the importance of maintaining a strong bridge.

The proper way to perform a V-Up. Lie face-up on the floor with legs and arms straight and lifted off the floor slightly. In one movement, lift your torso and legs as if you're trying to touch your toes. Lower your torso back down. This body-weight core exercise will light your abs on fire.
