Daquan, Dante, and Mom Kristen
Kirsten is a nurse at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. She and her family love Media- so much so that they’d love to move here. Kirsten decided to be a nurse to support patients in their most vulnerable times by providing them with care, compassion, and advocacy that allows them to feel confident in the medical care they receive from her. She finds fulfillment in her medical background that allows her to wholeheartedly support her patients on their journey to health and is excited to see where her nursing career takes her in life.
Her husband, Daquan is a police officer for the city of Philadelphia. His mission in becoming a police officer was to serve the community that he was raised in- to provide the people of Philadelphia with a familiarity that they can trust. More recently, Daquan was promoted to the Police Athletic League (PAL) where he works alongside the youth of Philadelphia, providing them with after school programs, sports, trips, activities, and skills to support them in becoming better citizens. He would love if this mentorship would encourage the young boys and girls of Philadelphia to one day become police officers and help keep Philadelphia safe.
Their son, Dante, just turned one on July 4th! They call Dante their little firecracker. Dante loves to crawl, shout out his baby babbles and coos, and is so inquisitive and excited to explore the new world around him. Every day, Dante is ready to see and learn more, but his day isn’t complete until his mom and dad read him his favorite bedtime stories. There’s no doubt that once he learns to walk, there’ll be no slowing this little guy down.
Daniel, Archer, and Mom Amber
Family is everything to Daniel. When he isn’t painting or working on a remodeling project, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Amber, and their three children. Whether they’re walking around downtown Media, exploring local shops, or simply making memories together, family always comes first. Their oldest, Luna, is the sweetest big sister, Leo is an adventurous two-year-old who keeps everyone on their toes, and baby Archer is always smiling and fits right into the fun and chaos.
Daniel founded his painting and contracting business because he is passionate about helping homeowners transform their spaces into places they truly love. He takes pride in quality craftsmanship, honest work, and treating every home as if it were his own. His wife, Amber, has worked alongside Dr. Jason at Discover Optimal Healthcare in Brookhaven for the past 11 years, where she enjoys helping patients improve their health and well-being.
Together, Daniel and Amber believe in working hard, giving back to their community, and creating spaces where families can make lasting memories—both in their own home and in the homes of the clients they serve
