The Vintage Car Club of Castle Rock was founded in 2007 and is a club of over 150 members of car enthusiasts of all ages with all types of cars. Members, family members, friends, and all interested non-member car enthusiasts are always welcome at their monthly meeting/dinner as well as all monthly scheduled events.
The club is also very proud to support an annual Automotive Technology Scholarship for a Douglas County Senior along with a variety of local charities with donations made by the club.
The majority of VCC’s revenue for these donations is generated by their two annual car shows. The largest is the “Classic Rock Cruise In” Car Show which is in mid-June, the Saturday before Father’s Day. It's held in downtown Castle Rock and each year sells out its 300+ spots for the show.
Their “Hot Rods in The Village” Car Show is a smaller, more intimate car show with about 100 classic cars held in mid-August at The Village at Castle Pines shops. In addition to the club's annual car shows, the club has monthly dinner meetings and short local cruises.
They recently had a “First Responders” cruise by multiple fire stations to show thanks for their dedication. The club's August cruise started at The Outlet Mall and ended up at the Bonaventure Assisted Living Facility with a “mini-show” for the residents.
The VCC's member's are happy to be able to give back to the community and promote a love of cars for future generations.
