The City of Chandler is home to many types of businesses, including a variety of restaurants, retail shops, medical facilities, and an award-winning school district.
But as longtime Chandler residents Angela and Chuck Fazio noticed, Chandler was missing one key type of business: A high-end nightclub.
That recently changed when the Fazios opened ClubTwentyThree01 in early October.
The upscale, 21-and-over nightclub is currently open Thursdays from 8 p.m. to midnight, and Fridays and Saturdays from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m., Angela notes, adding that Chuck has many years of experience working in nightclubs.
“The East Valley had nothing like ClubTwentyThree01, and we know how having a nightclub can be great for a community,” she says, adding that the club offers an electric ambiance.
“On Thursdays, our DJs are featuring different genres of music and themes for Ladies Night like Latin Night, Throwback Thursdays, and Country, and on Fridays and Saturdays we will feature more traditional club-style music.”
ClubTwentyThree01also features an 8,000-square-foot patio with an upper deck. There are two VIP spaces available.
When hunger pangs hit, club-goers can choose from a variety of food, including sushi rolls, which are served until midnight.
“We are one of the only places in the East Valley to have food until midnight, and probably the only place for late-night sushi,” Angela says.
The Fazios, whose background is in real estate, own a number of businesses. They work for eXp Realty, running an international real estate group with almost 8,000 agents.
“We own The Forum Real Estate School, and we own The Forum, which is right next to the club and is a place for coffee, cocktails, and connections,” Angela says. “We do both corporate and private events; social events like comedy nights, happy hours, and live music; and soon, we’ll be the only place to get amazing coffee until midnight on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.”
When the Fazios decided to re-imagine their building in Chandler, they immediately envisioned transforming it into a lively gathering place with plenty of music and food.
The couple, who has called Chandler home for 18 years, made sure they had the correct business licenses in order before bringing their vision to life in the form of ClubTwentyThree01.
They were also careful to bring in a team of people who have worked in the industry.
“While we have not opened a nightclub before, we have hired a great staff with experience,” Angela says.
Angela says she and Chuck are thrilled with their decision to bring a high-end nightclub to Chandler and give people a place to mingle, dance, and have a great time.
They have also been delighted by the enormously positive response from the Chandler community.
“Our community is so excited. There just isn't a place like ours in our area and it is an awesome place for people who are not wanting to travel far from their homes,” she says.
“ClubTwentyThree01is also unique because of the variety of spaces it features—from the gorgeous outdoor patio and an amazing space to dance to an upscale lounge area. Our ambiance is incredible, we are close to the Chandler Airpark, and will offer valet parking.”
