Then, she and her team walk clients through a seven-step process which includes setting out the criteria for what they want and need in a home. This step includes brainstorming on paper and real-time research while visiting properties.
“First we go into the house and see if it really hits their needs and wants,” Celine explained. “As we're going through it, I'm making notes and picking things out that might be issues. Then, I always ask my clients what they love about the home and if there are any deal breakers about the home.”
Once a client locks in on a home that fits their criteria, whether they are first time buyers, next stage buyers, or seasoned real estate investors, Celine strives to make the process seamless. She does this by using a community of trusted partners she has built through years of networking and experience.
“I pride myself in being a five-star Broker, so I make sure that the people that I'm working with also have five-star reviews,” she explained. “I’ve done my due diligence to network with other home specialists, so then I can connect clients with them and make sure that they're taken care of in the highest way.”
Celine also works in an office that places great value on having a culture of collaboration. She mentors brokers to help them be successful and frequently partners with other brokers to ensure her clients have access to the best opportunities. She also leverages the power of social media to connect with other brokers as well as potential buyers and sellers.

“I've had relocations when homeowners hand me the keys and ask me to sell their home and they've completely left,” said Celine. “So, I can take care of everything, even coordinating with painters and general contractors.”
