One size doesn't fit all when it comes to dentistry, affirms Dr. Will, indicating that by addressing each patient’s distinct needs, this compassionate dental staff is able to accommodate treatments with ease and precision through individualized, custom plans.
Fellow Burkitt Center dentist, Dr. Hayden Ray, adds they have a judgement-free office, understanding that sometimes life gets in the way of getting the dental care one needs. "Our goal is to establish a culture of friendship and inclusivity among our patients and staff. We're here to offer honest advice, recommend the best treatments, and support our patients in any way we can."
The practice's therapy dog, Bodie, also offers support and brightens the visits of patients.

Dentistry runs deep in Dr. Will's family. His sister is a dentist, his parents met in dental school, and his grandfather also was a dentist. He attended University of Miami for his undergraduate work before graduating from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2014. He went on to complete his surgical and sedation residency at The Foundry AEGD in 2015. After completing his education, he began working at his father’s practice. When the time came, Dr. Will says he was honored to make the practice his own.
As a Nashville native, Dr. Hayden attended Lipscomb University before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. With a special interest in dental implants and IV sedation, he completed the Foundry Dental Center residency program in Birmingham, Alabama, earning his Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
