Once they choose Magnolia, the team sets up a walkthrough with members and designers, and if necessary, an architect. A dedicated project manager works with homeowners, installers, and local building departments to manage the schedule and ensure clear communication. People work behind the scenes to help with selections and scheduling, as well as being there to answer questions before, during, and after the renovation process. Magnolia has taken their commitment to serving their community beyond their loyal customer base. They have participated in two episodes of the television show George to the Rescue, where they collaborate with vendors and contractors to contribute to meaningful home remodels for families in need in Roselle Park and Union, NJ. They have also worked with Make-A-Wish on several occasions, helping to bring hope to families facing challenging circumstances. “We try to take those opportunities whenever we can,” says Vic. “We understand how difficult it can be to choose a contractor and put together a budget, [so] It’s a group effort when we do these projects. Chris and I oversee them to make sure [customers] are satisfied every step of the way. Whether it’s a small or large project, we view it the same.”
