Serving the Orange County and Los Angeles areas for the past 12 years, Core Media is a family-owned business that provides professional event and portraits photography for occasions like weddings, engagements, graduations, “Sweet 16” celebrations, family/maternity sessions, headshots, and more.
Owner/Photographer Art Cordero thrives on being a part of each client’s happiest moments and milestones.
“We love capturing those special moments that will have a great meaning in our clients’ lives. We make sure all clients feel comfortable, enjoy the experience, and have fun,” he says.
Art knows that creating a positive, productive photography experience means taking each client’s vision to heart and establishing clear communication.
“We understand our clients come to us looking for something special, including great service and professionalism,” he says. “We listen to our clients, making sure every single request and detail is taken care of.”
With the support of his wife and six-year-old twin sons, Art made the transition from a graphic designer to a professional photographer after helping businesses create content for their websites. From there, he began taking photos of friends and family—and he was hooked.
“Their reactions [to my pictures] motivated me to continue learning and mastering the photography business,” Art recalls.
The term “family business” couldn’t be more accurate in describing Core Media’s daily operations.
“After having twins, our lives were changed completely. They sometimes travel to photoshoots with us and experience the daily routines involved in running a business,” he says. “We teach them family values, respect, hard work, and sacrifice, as well as all aspects of our jobs. We teach them that success means putting in a lot of effort, never giving up, and following their dreams.”
Art’s professional dream wouldn’t be complete without giving back to the community. Core Media makes a difference by supporting nonprofit organizations and teaming up with local businesses to share ideas, helping them create engaging content to promote their stories, services, or products.
