Owner Alisa Sychev says, "Owning a cafe is something that I’ve dreamed about since I was a little girl. Through different stages of my life, and many different career paths, owning a cafe seemed just that - a dream. But fast forward 20+ years, my husband and I decided to take the biggest risk: to open our own family cafe!"
"The passion and excitement were there, but so was the fear," she admits. "Everyone says that walking away from two established businesses, and taking a risk to open one that is completely new to us both, while raising our 5 kids, is 'absolutely crazy.' But we had a vision, and our kids are our biggest motivation. After a year of hard work, sweat and tears, Crave Café is a reality!"
Crave Café offers a very cozy modern atmosphere. Even though they are known for the delicious bubble tea, and signature sweet and savory crepes, the menu options offer more including soups, salads, sandwiches, waffles, and charcuterie boards. It’s the perfect “brunch all day” spot - and they are open late. Everything is made in-house from scratch and with lots of love!
