To reach top-of-the-class luxury homes in Nashville, one need only to savor how Grove Park Construction is redefining stunning attributes in the custom homes they create.
High-end, aspirational and life-changing are words that many use to describe Grove Park homes, with GPC owner Brandon Jenkins assuring that no client’s personal goals are too high to discuss.
“As a land development company, we aren’t simply driven by the urge to build, we’re seeking something much deeper, much more intangible. There’s a lifestyle we set out to define by crafting homes that shape an exquisite way of life. This is why we exist. We create places that are set apart and adorned,” explains Brandon.
He adds, “This is our art -- the art of living life to the fullest. It’s the art of making a home that transcends the ordinary. It’s the art of seeing more than what’s expected. This is Grove Park.”
Brandon says they collaborate with the finest architects and designers to deliver world-class sensory experiences, from glass ceiling wine cellars and indoor putting greens to slate or cedar-shake roofs and creative backyard retreats.
Those types of premiere and upscale, but functional and beneficial, home features were exactly what attracted former Lebanon, Tennessee, residents Phillip and Amy Hardy to GPC’s Oman modern farmhouse style community in Brentwood.
“Once we saw this flat, 1-acre lot in the location it was in, we couldn’t unsee it,” confides Phillip, who says they sought to relocate to Williamson or Davidson County to be closer to their four children and their families.
Phillip says it had been 30 years since they had had a house built. “We’d been looking at lots off and on, but seeing the OMAN parcel was definitely our ‘aha’ moment.”
He says working with the Grove Park team was a truly gratifying experience. “We felt we were surrounded with so much help from smart people, such as an architect and interior designer, who helped us make wise decisions throughout the process.”
Phillip says his favorite spot in the OMAN home into which they moved in April is a customized back porch, enclosed with “slide-at-will” screens and glass, for year-round use. He says they have accordian doors that can be opened so the porch can be an extension of the family room. They also can close the glass and heat the porch during cold months.
“We set out to get a welcoming, hospitable home. Yes, it’s a bigger space, and we’ve done a lot of entertaining in it already this year, but it’s also warm and cozy – exactly what we wanted,” says Phillip.
Innovation has been GPC’s long-held promise. Now, the company is taking the highest standards of quality and making them a way of life.
"From dramatic, spacious window focal points and new LED lighting systems to grand staircases and whole house fragrance features, we're redefining what luxury homes can be," proclaims Aaron Holladay, GPC’s director of sales and marketing.
Some would say that Grove Park homes are a lifestyle in and of themselves. Their knack for focusing on building modern, yet timeless, homes stands out to Music City natives and transplants alike. They tend to seamlessly deliver sophisticated style paired with evocative Southern charm. They also often include private indulgences beyond wet bars, including smoothie or coffee/espresso stations.
Unique features found in Grove Park kitchens include waterfall quartz countertop treatments. "We also apply pleasing 'contrasting' color schemes to kitchen islands, cabinets and countertops," explains Aaron.
The Grove Park team eagerly provides other features, such as floating shelves and floating vanities. Outside, they spotlight the use of synthetic turf as well as plenty of advantageous outdoor living features, particularly fire-related and entertainment elements in addition to retractable screens, infrared heaters and outdoor dining areas.
GPC professionals pride themselves on delivering homes that are pristine expressions of grace, connectivity and restful privacy. They say life at these homes is a life connected to what matters most; a true sense of home, total wellness and beautifully woven fabric of community.
