After working in public education for nearly a decade, Kelly Phillips has officially made the transition to full-time freelance photographer. “It’s a huge life shift,” Kelly says, “but I’m eager to dedicate myself 100% to the creative field.”
Kelly has worked on and off as a photographer since 2011 when she graduated with a degree in photography from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island. In 2014, she moved to Leander where she now lives with her husband Brian, dog Winnie, and cockatiel Birdie Boi.
