Q: What makes CycleBar special?

“CycleBar is a premium indoor cycling experience with concierge-level service and premium amenities. The community atmosphere is incredible. Riders of all ages and experience levels cycle together to amazing music in a state-of-the-art CycleTheater with professionally engineered sound, lighting technology, and stats to track your performance and growth. We offer an amazing experience and are committed to making each rider feel like part of the community from the moment they enter. It really is a one-of-a-kind experience. We also do CycleGives rides for nonprofits. We’ve raised funds for the Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center, MADD, and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. These offer fun opportunities to give back.”

Q: What are the benefits of CycleBar classes?

“Riders comment regularly about both physical and mental benefits. You get a full body workout: legs, glutes, core and arms. The classes have small challenges built in with higher intensity periods that can improve blood flow and raise VO2 max. Active recovery helps flush out lactate to reduce muscle soreness.  It’s low impact, so it’s joint friendly, but still challenging. You experience an incredible mental release. Classes are a chance to disconnect from daily stress and live in the moment.”

Q: Are all of the classes the same?

“We offer six class types, mix playlists, and have themed rides to keep your experience fresh. Classes for new riders help them get fit on the bike and learn the moves. Other classes range from our most popular class, Classic, to our most challenging ride, Performance. Most rides are 45 minutes. Our new Glow Rides will kick the fun up another notch.”

Q: How is CycleBar Allen celebrating its 1st birthday?

“We’re celebrating our community, our riders, and our studio’s first year with a weeklong event March 20-26. We’ll have free rides, prizes, and vendors to highlight our partnerships with local businesses. Expect awesome music, fun contests, and special birthday deals on memberships.”
