D’Agostini Pistachio Martini

D’Agostino’s Trattoria shares a festive “sip slow and enjoy” cocktail

Pistachio flavors are a customer favorite in many desserts at D’Agostino’s. Therefore, pistachio was at the top of the list with the restaurant’s new cocktail program. Owners Dan and Brandi Thompson share their festive “sip slow and enjoy” cocktail here so you can make it home or pull up a chair at D’Agostino’s to try it.

Recipe:

2 oz. vodka

6 oz. pistachio liqueur

2 oz. white chocolate liqueur

Mix all ingredients in a shaker halfway filled with ice

Pour into Martini glass

 

Rim:

Boil and reduce 2 cups of cold brew coffee until it’s a sugary consistency. Chill. Pulse unsalted shelled Pistachios until a fine dust. Dip and garnish the rim of the glass with the cold brew and then the pistachios.

 

Top with:

Chantilly Cream infused with Irish cream liqueur

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon powdered sugar

1 dash Vanilla

3 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur

Mix ingredients for 2 to 3 minutes on medium speed
