Daily Dose Studio

Empowering the community through movement

  1. Tell me about yourself and your background.

    I grew up in Southwick and ventured through various places during my late teens and early twenties. Life led me to discover a fitness studio that ignited my passion for fitness, and being able to bring that passion back to my hometown is one of life's greatest gifts. Welcoming lifelong friends into my studio has been both a blessing and a lot of fun!

    I've been teaching group fitness for over 8 years now, and it has consistently been the spark that lights up my life, allowing me to focus fully on the task at hand. Over the past 8 years, I've dedicated myself to continuous education, completing multiple indoor cycling courses, a 200hr yoga certification, Buti Yoga certification, Baptiste level 1, NASM PT certification, and KBCU levels 1&2.

  2. How did Daily Dose Studio get its beginnings?

    During the COVID pandemic, I found myself working long hours at my full-time job, leading me to step away from teaching temporarily. Opening a studio had always been a dream, but it felt like an enormous dream. Without my teaching outlet and with the support of my partner, I decided to pursue that dream. I quit my job, formulated a plan, and with the support of friends and family, Daily Dose Studio became a reality.

  3. What does Daily Dose Studio offer?

    Daily Dose offers a variety of fitness classes, including hot yoga, indoor cycling, and kettlebell strength training, welcoming participants of all fitness levels. Additionally, we provide monthly workshops catering to absolute beginners seeking education before diving in and more experienced clients looking to refine their skills.

  4. What do your members love about you and your studio?

    The studio's overarching goal is to "empower the community through movement." I'm proud to say that if you ask any client what they love about Daily Dose, the resounding answer would be our community. With the combined efforts of my instructors and clients, we've created a supportive environment that teaches each individual how to become the best version of themselves, both in and out of the studio.

  5. What's next for Daily Dose?

    We're expanding! More space means more equipment for strength classes, a dedicated room for yoga with added heat and relaxing vibes, and mirrors for our cycling classes to help you perfect that choreography!
