Dedication, Drive and Determination

Driven to Deliver

When we are asked why we have been successful in real estate, the answer can be found in those three words: Dedication, Drive, and Determination. Those three words will allow anyone to be successful if they are applied to their lives and to the outcomes they desire for their clients.

So, let me apply those specifically to what each word means in our real estate business. Dedication. What are we dedicated to? Performing at the highest level for those we serve. Therefore, we are dedicated to service. We let our clients know that we will do all we know how to do to make their real estate transactions successful and match or exceed their expectations. When we present our services, the client understands that what we do are “best practices,” with the goal of delivering the best outcome. That starts with a focused plan presented to our client as to how we will handle their situation and their property. If we indicate that the house needs decluttering (as most homes do), we supply the vendors to accomplish that by working together with the homeowner and our team. Stress is quickly relieved at this point. The staging is done by a professional stager who understands our standards and enjoys the process of this needed strategic component to sell at the highest level with the greatest satisfaction of all concerned, including the buyer. Photography follows, so that the potential buyer sees the home in the best light and encourages prospective buyers to come and see. That same dedication drives all the printed materials, the Open Houses, and the follow-up.

Drive. From the very beginning, we have used the tagline “Driven to Deliver.”  We leave no stone unturned, focusing on every level and detail of the relationship with the client, and then with the parties to the transaction once we are in escrow. We are strong problem solvers, and aggressive in the flow of the details in the transaction. Your goal is our goal, and we will accomplish it. We are driven—and it shows. You will hear from us throughout the transaction and not be left wondering what is going on. We will communicate with you regarding the input we receive from buyers or other agents about your home. Open and honest communication is very important to our clients and to our team.

Determination. This is shown daily as we address all the aspects of the property sale or buy. We are determined to see that your expectations exceed your satisfaction. There are three partners and two staff that are on your team and we each have our own strengths that are brought to bear on your behalf.  We are determined to improve each year and research what changes we need to make to improve our systems and, therefore, improve our performance in the industry on your behalf. We seek our clients’ input and insure them that their comments are very important to us. Our literature often uses the expression, “We sell more because we do more.” Our reviews reflect what past clients have seen in our performance.

In fact, we decided to create a Mission Statement. We went and reviewed what our clients had said about us in their submitted reviews. Check out those reviews on Google! Based on our review of their feedback, the Mission Statement we adopted reads as follows:
