Ingredients (1 serving):
• 3 oz. freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
• 2 oz. white tea (brewed and cooled)
• 2 oz. sparkling water
• ½ oz. honey or agave syrup
• ⅛–¼ tsp. ashwagandha powder (or 1 dropper liquid ashwagandha)
• 1–2 drops chamomile extract (optional but beautiful)
• Squeeze of lime
• Pinch of sea salt
• Ice
Garnish:
• Grapefruit/orange peel
• Sprig of rosemary or sage
How to make it:
1. In a shaker, combine grapefruit juice, white tea, honey/agave, ashwagandha, lime and a pinch of sea salt.
2. Shake well until fully blended.
3. Pour over ice and top with sparkling water.
4. Garnish with rosemary or sage for aromatherapy with every sip.
