Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip with Graham Crackers, Pretzels and Crisp Cookies

Perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings or casual nights by the fire, this crowd-pleasing dip is the ideal sweet treat after a big meal. 

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened

  • ¾ cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar

  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Pinch of kosher salt

  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

For Dipping

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled, and halved

  • 1 cup mini pretzels

  • 1 sleeve graham crackers

  • Waffle cones, broken into pieces

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until creamy and well combined.

  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips using a spatula.

  4. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl and place it on a platter surrounded by your favorite dippers—strawberries, pretzels, graham crackers, and waffle cone pieces.

  5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a covered container until ready to enjoy.
