House Made Corn Pudding
● 2 bags corn
● 1 ½ c milk
● 12 eggs
● 1 c sugar
● ⅔ c arrow root
● 2 T salt/pepper/paprika/onion powder
● 2 t baking powder
● 2 c pepper jack
● ½ c green chile
● 8 cloves garlic
Spread 1 bag corn on full sheet. Combine the rest of the ingredients in processor. Pour processed mixture on top of sheet. Cook until a golden brown crust begins to form over top of sheet - about 25 min.
