Just two hours north of NYC and 2.5 hours west of Boston, the quaint getaway offers 18 luxury resort cottages with one magnificent suite for its guests. The unique property features a full working farm, the only at a Connecticut resort, which provides 70% of the menu items at Winvian Farm. You can experience Michelin-star quality cuisine by Executive Chef Chris Eddy, a protegee of Alain Ducasse and Daniel Boulud. 

     Along with the delicious meal offerings, guests can treat themselves for a trip to the soothing spa. The luxury property hones a 5,000 square- foot, farm-meets-urban oasis spa that you can relish for a pampering girls day or romantic couples retreat. Six rooms (two with wood burning fireplaces) provide spaces for an assortment of body and facial treatments, including the coveted Biologique Recherche custom facial, a service from the top French beauty line. 

     This countryside gem was designed by fifteen talented architects who incorporated their own vision of rustic Connecticut that is uniquely displayed throughout the designs of each cottage. All cottages range from 900-1200 square feet. They feature oversized Jacuzzi baths, rainfall steam showers, radiant heated floors, a wood burning or gas fireplace, and screened in porches. The Seth Bird House, originally constructed in the 1700s, houses the Hadley Suite, rounding the gorgeous property up to 19 accommodations. 

     Winvian Farm provides its guests with versatile activities to partake in during their visit. From private cooking classes, an onsite heated swimming pool, hiking trails, hot air balloon rides, croquet, and complimentary bikes.
