Simplicity can be elegant and provide a joy that is all its own. Here, the Queen Creek Olive Mill delivers its take on the bundt cake, their own family recipe. This delicious spin on the popular dessert uses their own citrus olive oils to provide an additional zest to the sweet treat. You may substitute any of the Queen Creek Olive Mill's citrus olive oils to make your own olive oil cake!


·      3 large eggs, beaten

·      2 cups granulated sugar

·      1 cup Queen Creek Olive Mill Delicate Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Substitute Orange, Lemon, or Lime olive oils for a unique citrus flavored cake!)

·      1 tsp. salt

·      10 oz. milk

·      2 cups all purpose flour

·      ½ tsp baking soda

·      ½ tsp baking powder

·      1tsp salt


1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees (325F if convection oven). Grease a 10 inch pan.

2. Whisk the eggs, sugar, olive oil, milk.

3. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

4. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Whisk until blended. Pour into the prepared pan.

5. Bake for 1 hour. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
