Earnhardt Lexus

When Tex Earnhardt became the youngest Ford franchise owner in the country in 1951, he had no idea the family business would grow to 21 dealerships throughout the Valley and Las Vegas. Tex, who grew up in Southern Texas before moving to Chandler with his family, is known as the cowboy car dealer who rode a bull—which was actually a steer—and for his trademark slogan, “That ain’t no bull.” Today, three generations of family run the company, one of the largest automotive empires in the country selling 16 brands of vehicles: Ford, Dodge, Chrysler Jeep Ram, Lexus, Toyota, GMC, Buick, Hyundai, Genesis, Kia, Volkswagen, Cadillac, Honda, Mazda and Chevy.

A Step above the Rest
The Earnhardt family took an active role in the design and building stage of the Earnhardt Lexus dealership. This 67,000-square-foot dealership is multi-diversified and provides a luxurious atmosphere that is open, transparent and efficient in order to optimize the customer experience.

The showroom displays the latest luxurious Lexus models and takes car shopping to a whole new level where customers are treated likes guests. The layout includes a lounge area, where guests can wait for their car when service or repairs are needed. This spacious area has comfortable seating near the No Bull Café, which serves breakfast, lunch, smoothies and coffee drinks. Equipped with Wi-Fi, the lounge allows business guests and other active car owners to accomplish work online while they wait. Service advisors' desks are positioned near the lounge to conveniently interact with customers and keep them abreast on the status of their vehicle.

“Our goal at Earnhardt Lexus is to provide world-class service at the best market value price and to make every customer feel like a guest in our home,” says owner-operator Bull Earnhardt.

Part of the Community

The dealership’s design also allows a transformation of space where the showroom becomes an event center for private concerts, fundraisers and other charity events. This past year, Earnhardt Lexus hosted Off the Record, a one-night-only private party with live music and refreshments. The event raised more than $85,000 for Phoenix Children’s Hospital.

Other community involvement includes the Recycle Your Bicycle; the Child Help Foundation; and supporting PANDA, People Acting Now Discover Answers, at the University of Arizona Hospital, Steele Children’s Research Center in Tucson.

Other Amenities

Earnhardt Lexus also has a Woman to Woman program for women who are more comfortable interacting with a woman from sales to service.

Lexus vehicles hold their resale value, and attractive leases are available to meet most budgets. The dealership has a licensed certified pre-owned program which gives two years complimentary warranty and six years unlimited mileage warranty for purchased and leased vehicles.

This Lexus dealership has changed the way consumers purchase vehicles and has raised the level of customer service. Once you’ve experienced it, you’ll understand how it earned the Elite of Lexus Award for being a top dealership in the country.
