TWIN BEARS BAKERY

Twin Bears Bakery specializes in creating naturally fermented breads in the French tradition of Pain Au Levain. Head bakers Jay Switlick and Andrew Roy use locally sourced grains and ingredients to create some of the best breads the area has to offer. As traditional bakers Jay and Andrew complete many of the processes by hand that are typically completed by machines in modern bakeries.
