The Indian Lake Loop

The Streets of Indian Lake

Nov. 24 – 8 a.m.

For fifteen years, the Indian Lake Loop has become a treasured tradition for families across Middle Tennessee. Every Thanksgiving morning, over 1,000 runners and walkers choose to begin their holiday by participating in one of the Loop’s two events – a timed 5-mile road race or a more family-friendly 5K fun run/walk.

The proceeds from the races benefitted COMPASS (Community Outreach Making Partnerships at Sumner Schools), a not-for-profit agency that provides a variety of assistance services to area schools.

This year’s event will be held on Nov. 24, with activities starting at 8 a.m. Runners and walkers are encouraged to dress festively for the occasion to help get into the holiday spirit.
