For 32 years, the Emerson Center for the Arts & Culture has stood proudly in downtown Bozeman, welcoming all to enjoy arts and culture within the walls of its century-old building. Art education is a cornerstone of the center’s mission, and with three teaching studios, they are able to offer extraordinary access to the public for the study of metalsmithing, ceramics, painting, drawing, and more. All of their top-tier instructors are locals that care about this community and are artists that are actively working in their respective fields of instruction. In 2024, after years of dreaming and planning, a state-of-the-art RAD metals studio was completed. With capacity for courses ranging from introductory metalsmithing to advanced study, and weekend workshops, explore a new hobby and tap into your artistic side to create your own jewelry that you will hold dear.
