For as long as I can remember, my New Year’s resolution has been to become “a morning person.” This year, I’m switching gears and committing to something more doable (and fun): energizing my morning. Try these tips to start your morning off

Take an energizing shower on the inside: Hydrate with 8 ounces of pure water upon waking.

Soak up the light: Get some natural morning light to regulate your internal clock for better sleep and all-day energy.

Stretch it out: A few minutes of gentle stretching awakens your muscles and gets the blood flowing.

Fuel smartly: Enjoy a balanced breakfast packed with protein, healthy fats, and fiber to keep your energy steady all morning.
