Mixed Berry Smoothie Bowl

A Quick, Healthy, and Yummy Recipe

This delicious mixed berry smoothie bowl is fast and easy to make, healthy, and delicious too. What's not to love? This recipe can be modified to use your favorite smoothie recipe.

ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic frozen mixed berries
  • 1 sliced frozen banana 
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (plus more as needed)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder of choice (optional)
  • Optional toppings: shredded unsweetened coconut, chia seeds, granola, sliced fruit, nut butter, honey

directions:

Step 1. Add frozen berries, banana, yogurt, and protein powder (optional) to a blender and blend until the mixture reaches a thick and smooth consistency. Add more yogurt as needed.

Step 2. Scoop into a bowl and top with desired toppings (optional). Enjoy!
