The concept was simple: provide a space where people could easily access nourishing meals without compromising on taste or quality.
The decision to open a second location wasn’t taken lightly. Cross and her team scouted more than ten sites before choosing Lenexa’s bustling City Center. "The incredible growth of Lenexa City Center, with its mix of commercial, residential, and hotels, made it a natural choice for us," she says. "We also saw a real need for healthier food options on the west side of town." Now, Enjoy Pure Food + Drink is serving up wholesome goodness to a new community eager for fresh, flavorful, and clean eating options.

For Cross, the motivation to maintain high standards comes from her customers. "We have so many grateful customers who go out of their way to tell us how thankful they are that we exist!" she shares.
