Tiffany Rich of Envision Home Staging and Design has always loved making her home a place that was comfortable and welcoming for her family. “I always enjoyed keeping up-to-date styles and making my home cozy so my family can relax,” Tiffany shares. When her son became a realtor, Tiffany started helping him by doing interior design and giving the houses he was selling a little tender love and care. It allowed them to spend more time together and support each other in their dreams.
Prior to this, interior design had just been a hobby that Tiffany enjoyed doing for family and friends, as her career of over 20 years has been in healthcare administration. When her son started in the realty industry, she became interested in doing interior design as more than just a hobby. “I did a lot of praying for about a year, thinking through starting a business, seeing what that looked like, and realized that staging and designing homes was a good path for me because it was something I really enjoyed.” After this time of contemplation and prayer, and with the encouragement of her husband, three years ago she decided to take the leap and officially start her part-time business doing interior design work.
Envision Home Staging and Design now offers services staging both vacant and occupied homes, as well as commercial jobs and interior design of model and spec homes. Tiffany loves the imaginative aspect of interior design and figuring out what will work for each house. “I look at the surrounding areas, what kind of homeowners are going to be there, and incorporate it all,” Tiffany explains. “I encourage clients and homeowners to share their vision and what design looks like for the next chapter of their lives.” Tiffany intentionally cultivates design that centers around family as well. “I love being able to design cozy spaces for families to share and build memories in,” she says.
Tiffany’s husband, children, and grandchildren are incredibly important to her, so she pours that passion into every home she designs. “I love creating special family spaces if there is an extra room or office area that families don’t use,” Tiffany says. “I like turning it into something like a game area or sitting area with a reading nook; just a space for families to come together.” Her family is a huge part of her business as well, as she has the privilege of partnering with her realtor son on many projects and the rest of her family helps any way they can. “Everyone is involved in some capacity,” Tiffany shares. Her love for her family helps her put a little extra warmth into each space she designs.
Tiffany couldn’t be more grateful for the support she’s received from her family and the community. “I appreciate every time the businesses of the community trust me to design their spaces,” Tiffany says. “I’m excited to be able to continue my dream and expand my business by helping homes, listings, and subdivisions become cozy and picture perfect.”
