From the moment guests step into The Saint Louis Med Spa, they sense something intentional: an atmosphere rooted in clean, ethical, personalized luxury. The soft glow of candles, the spa’s signature scent and a calm, curated aesthetic set the stage for a wellness experience designed to feel indulgent yet deeply grounded in medical expertise. It is exactly the environment Elizabeth Hebson envisioned when she and her husband opened the med spa two years ago.
“I missed working with patients. I missed helping people feel better about themselves,” she says. That desire to reconnect with patient care ultimately became the heart of the business.
The Saint Louis Med Spa has since expanded into a larger building, welcomed additional staff and grown into one of the region’s premier destinations for advanced aesthetics and wellness therapies. The team now includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, aestheticians, a medical director and a care coordination team. Each provider holds an impressive collection of advanced credentials — laser certifications, aesthetic licensure, injectable training, microneedling certifications, PRFM specialization and Face Reality Acne expertise — Elizabeth’s belief that “education, training and ethics matter just as much as results.”
The med spa offers a wide range of services, including facials, injectables, laser treatments, microneedling, brows and lashes, IV therapies, wellness shots and medical weight loss programs. Their weight loss offerings center on semaglutides and tirzepatide, two medications widely recognized for their ability not only to support weight reduction but also to reduce inflammation. Semaglutides target GLP-1 receptors, while tirzepatide functions as a dual agonist, activating both GLP-1 and GIP receptors. Many clients choose microdosing for steady, gentle progress.
“We look at weight loss through a holistic lens, how you feel, how your labs look, how your energy shifts,” Elizabeth explains.
Within treatment rooms, the approach is equal parts clinical and customized. Clients begin with an infrared sauna session to increase circulation and enhance treatment absorption. Consultations follow, giving providers time to understand concerns such as pigmentation, sun spots, wrinkles, acne or early preventive care. Many of these issues, particularly brown spots, age spots, redness and vascularity, are treated with BBL (BroadBand Light) laser, which effectively lifts and ablates unwanted pigment.
Injectable services are approached with the same ethical intentionality. Elizabeth describes their style as “youthful, natural and never overdone.”
After weight loss, many clients experience decreased volume in the cheeks, temples, chin and jawline, areas that are thoughtfully restored with fillers to bring back lift and proportion. Sculptra provides an alternative for those seeking subtlety, gradually stimulating the body’s own collagen production. Another natural-leaning option, PRFM (Platelet-Rich Fibrin Matrix), involves drawing the patient’s blood, spinning out the plasma and re-injecting it for rejuvenation, particularly under the eyes. This next-generation method is longer-lasting and more natural-looking than traditional PRP or hyaluronic acid fillers.
Microneedling, one of the spa’s most requested services, stimulates collagen equivalent to a year’s worth of natural loss in a single session. It smooths fine lines, softens wrinkles and dramatically improves acne scarring.
The wellness menu even extends into cellular longevity. NAD injections (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) support improved metabolism, energy and bloodwork, helping slow and even reverse signs of aging at the cellular level.
Through every service, Elizabeth says she returns to a guiding principle: “Our goal is always ethical, results-driven beauty. We want clients to look and feel like the best version of themselves.”
