Owner Helen Ponchillia says, "I have always wanted to open my own little wedding/event venue to help celebrate a special, memorable and unforgettable event in a person’s life. The Nashville Bubbly Bar is a way I can help celebrate that special moment and be a small part of someone’s special day." Helen's love of the wedding industry is the inspiration behind the bubbly bar. "From working with a client to customizing their own cocktails/mocktails menu to the quality, full-service bartending service we provide, we are there every step of the way to alleviate the stress of planning the beverage end!," she adds.
Dolly, as she's named, is a one-of-a-kind fully converted vintage horse trailer that is blush pink in color, covered in beautiful brass accents, equipped with a double kegerator system, brass wrapped bar counters, artisan wood details and covered in luscious boxwood.
George is the newest addition to the bubbly bar family. He is a vintage motorcycle trailer that was restored and converted to a tiny tap bar on wheels. George is equipped with three taps for your favorite beer, bubbly or any booze you can get in keg form.
Helen says George and Dolly serve weddings, anniversary celebrations, birthday parties (adults & children - "We can whip up fun non-alcoholic cocktails"), bachelor/bachelorette parties, baby showers, corporate events and just about any private party you can think of!

My parents were immigrants from Vietnam and came here in the 80s. I was born in California but raised in Tennessee. We currently live in Thompsons Station. I am a mother of the sweetest nine-year-old boy who I am currently homeschooling due to Covid-19. I am also the co-founder of Nashville Gives Hope, a non-profit organization that consists of an orphanage in Haiti and 12 primary schools that we help fund.
