Meet Craig, the founder of SYP (Savor Your Planet) Coffee, who was working in a corporate job until personal loss struck his family. He made a decision at that time to follow his dream of starting his own business. After all, you only live once! When Craig started this business his vision was to sell just one item. A SYPCOFFEE gift box set. Craig did not anticipate, after getting a taste of these incredible coffees from Kenya, Honduras and Columbia, that customers would demand more.
SYPCOFFEE currently has a retail space nestled among luxury vehicles such as Bentley, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Maserati & Alfa Romeo, of Carlock Motorcars Nashville. In a move that would seem to some like an interesting business decision, Craig, give every guest a complimentary cup of coffee poured at his shop. Every person has a different way they take their coffee. “I don’t believe in the term “connoisseur”. Why does it matter what someone else likes if YOU don’t like it,” says Craig. “I don’t want to be a coffee shop, which is why I’ll ask you how you like your coffee, create it the way I think you would savor and give you a free cup to try. My hope is you have an experience with that cup and will want to gift that to someone you love or take some home.”
