Every summer residents look forward to strolling through the Snohomish Farmers Market. We visited with Sarah Dylan Jensen, the current director of 3 area farmers markets in Snohomish County, to answer a few questions:

When someone explores Snohomish Farmers Market, what can they expect to find?

We stand by our roots, so of course, you will always find plenty of fresh produce. In addition, you can shop for gifts from local artisans along with processed foods and wares from local entrepreneurs. On average we have 115 plus vendor booths to explore every week.

Where and when can we find the Market?

You will find us on the corner of Cedar Avenue and Pearl Street in Downtown Snohomish on Thursdays from May to the end of September. Stop by anytime between 3-7pm.

As the director, what is your favorite part of the Farmers Market?

My favorite part is the fact that we can be that business incubator for the exploring entrepreneur – growing small business and educating community about what makes us special. I also love to encourage people to explore the other farmers markets in the area, there are many and they are all unique.
