Thinly slice all the fruit (apple, orange, pear) and place the fruit into a glass pitcher. Add the cinnamon, sugar, and stir, and let it sit for 2 hours. Pour in your Garnacha or a Rioja and chill for 3 to 4 hours. To serve, add ice to a glass. Fill your glass half with sparkling apple cider and half with your red wine fruit blend.
