Farm & Craft Takes Freshness to a New Level

A modern farm with a contemporary twist exists in North Scottsdale. Farm & Craft is a mecca for ecological enthusiasts. Focused on healthy and sustainable food in a community-style atmosphere, the idea behind the concept was a passion for the health-conscious eater as well as the non-discriminate.

"Our team lives a healthy lifestyle and hopes that we can share that experience with our guests. We created an ethos ingredient card that encompasses our idea of a healthy diet: antioxidant, stress relief, probiotic-rich and anti-inflammatory," says Farm & Craft President Darryl Cuilla.

Farm & Craft serves up healthy and delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. One signature dish that hits all the categories of healthful eating is the Rustic Salmon Bowl, complimented by roasted cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, Brussels sprouts and a special kale pesto that gives it a rich, savory sensation. From there, a fillet of Faroe Island salmon (locally sourced from Chula Seafood) is placed and topped with sunflower seeds. Other favorites include the vegan ceviche, the flatbreads and build-your-own bowls.

"We try to make it simple for our guests. We use local, sustainable, gluten-free, organic and hormone-free ingredients. We constantly update the menu to reflect food trends and introduce new healthy dishes," Darryl says. "We also serve organic spirits, led by our signature cold-pressed cocktails, local beers and eclectic wines on tap. The restaurant’s juice program includes cold-pressed juices and nourishing kombucha cocktails."

Farm & Craft supports the use of local ingredients and takes pride in the local tie-in of produce, bread and beef.

"We believe in creating a small footprint whenever we think about the food delivery system and how that affects our ecosystem down chain," he says. "Because of that, we source all of our beef from AZ Grass-fed, bread from Noble Bread Co, produce from a host of local farms, and our granola is from Laura’s Gourmet. Supporting local is important, and we will continue to find ways to source within the community."

Guests will leave with an immediate urge to return to Farm & Craft; it's the ideal option for healthy eating even when on a date night or a business lunch in the heart of North Scottsdale.

"Farm and Craft checks all the boxes for those wanting to eat fresh, locally sourced, and those who are health/eco lifestyle eaters. Whether you’re Whole 30, keto, paleo or just hungry for a grass-fed burger and a local beer on tap, we will be here for you. We care about sourcing the best ingredients for you which lets you relax and enjoy." –Chef Cameron Cortese
