Farrah Feeds the World

How Metro-Detroit mom Farrah Orow turned dinner into a following of nearly 90,000 — plus, a recipe just for us.

In the span of two years, Farrah Orow went from home cook to viral media sensation.

Orow is the face and delicious energy behind Farrah Feeds (@farrahfeeds), the Metro Detroit creator, mom and wife currently entertaining and educating close to 90K followers on her food and lifestyle platform.

What began with a single video and hopes for a fun hobby catapulted Orow into the orbit of becoming a culinary queen, building a loyal following, partnering with big-name brands to build a six-figure business from her own kitchen, while raising four hungry boys — and, as she says, “keeping it real.”

Sharing approachable recipes, family life and authentic moments with beauty and humor amid the chaos of her very real life, Orow is the bestie you want on your side — especially when you’ve got nothing to feed your fam after a long, busy day.

Rooted in her Chaldean heritage and her love of bringing people together through flavorful, hearty and approachable food, Orow is a what-you-see-is-what-you-get original — warm, candid, relatable, adorable and very real. She inspires women to cook with confidence, embrace imperfection and, most importantly, find joy around the table.

Here, Orow, the self-proclaimed “one-pan queen,” shares with us one of her kids’ favorite recipes — and a fan-favorite, currently at 40.5 likes.
