Keyanta Gaddy

Keyanta Gaddy is our distinguished First Responder of the Month. As the Program Administrator for Disaster Behavioral Health at LifePath Systems, Keyanta is an integral part of the local Mental Health Authority for Collin County, tirelessly working to assist individuals and families grappling with behavioral health and developmental challenges.

Keyanta is a vital member of a dedicated team comprised of over 550 individuals, all committed to enhancing our community. As Program Director for Disaster Behavioral Health, Keyanta is fervently devoted to shaping disaster response plans, expanding the disaster behavioral health team, and orchestrating drills and exercises. Collaborating closely with other community MHMR centers, Keyanta's team ensures readiness to act promptly in times of crisis.

In 2005, Keyanta and her family were affected by Hurricane Katrina. This tragic event prompted her to pursue a career in Disaster Behavioral Health. She has made it her mission to address the emotional and psychological needs of those affected by disasters. Her steadfast commitment to addressing disaster-affected individuals' emotional and psychological needs is evident in her compassionate service and exceptional leadership.
